vram.wiki exists because community details are useful. We aim to collect the minimum needed to keep a contribution connected to its author and safely review it before publication.

GitHub sign-in

GitHub sign-in is used only for your contributor dashboard: it lets you return to drafts, follow review status, and propose future revisions. We store a stable GitHub account ID and your GitHub handle. We do not request repository access or email access, and we do not publish your GitHub identity on setup pages.

What can become public

Only a setup snapshot approved by a moderator can become public: its hardware, models, runtime, workflow, performance notes, reported date, and any public source link you chose to provide. Please do not include secrets, private client data, personal addresses, API keys, or anything you would not want published.

What stays private

Pending submissions, moderation history, stable account identifiers, and the link between your account and a setup stay in the private service. A public page is intentionally rendered without contributor identity data.

Providers

GitHub provides sign-in. Vercel hosts the application and privacy-friendly traffic analytics. Neon hosts the application database. Tally hosts the optional feedback and correction forms. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Corrections and removal requests

You can withdraw a pending dashboard submission yourself. For a correction or a request to remove a published listing, use the correction form and include the public entry URL. Requests are reviewed manually before any public change is made.
